Visited clinic for keloid removal. Done with surgery as my keloid was really big so they don’t recommend injection. Davinci’s staff are very approachable and very assuring. They make you feel very welcomed and safe. Environment is lovely. They place isnt exactly easy to find if you’re not looking for it you wouldn’t know it’s there. If you get what I mean. But the staff guides you so it’s fine. Cause it’s at Boulevard. Not the ground floor but upstairs. So you don’t really see the signage.

I did the keloid removal at Da Vinci Clinic. The clinic assistant and doctor were friendly. Injection was not painful at all. Overall experience was great. Keloid is shrinking and progressing well. Will go for second appointment on 25th June as the keloid is big and require multiple injections. The total cost is for three sessions as my keloid is super large. Clinic environment is superb. Clinic is easy to find. Signboard everywhere and they mentioned they are on top of Alliance Bank so if you head there you will find Da Vinci. Highly recommended for those who needs to have their keloid removed.

Da Vinci has given me professional advice on my skin problem. I love the fact that while I am with them, they took care of my family members there with refreshments and entertainment. Very good. Only 1 suggestions for improvement.. expected them to be on time. I was late 5 minutes for my appointment but in the end have to wait for about 40 minutes for me to see the doctor. Anyway, it could be my fault as I was late. Doctor's advice is also very detail and provided some prevention measures to me too. Recommended to others.

I really like Dr Tristan. He did the eyelid surgery procedure for me and I'm happy with the results. A really sincere, kind and professional doctor and good staff. Pleasant environment too. ?I think the price is reasonable. He didn't quote too high; i was charged rm5600 (if I'm not mistaken) for the incision method which is reasonable. Dr Tristan is one of my favorite doctors. So much so that i'm planning to go back to Dr Tristan for my rhinoplasty procedure some time this year :)

I did go to Davinci clinic. I ended up have a laser treatment and it went fantastic! I’m going back tomorrow for a second treatment. The doctor and staff are very nice. My only issue is that it is very expensive.

I went there for a consultation for dimples but took the opportunity to ask more questions in regards to my face. Dr Tristan was great. He analysed my facial features and advised me with such confidence and well versed knowledge that I felt so reassured that I definitely picked the right doctor and clinic (it was also nice that I had a wonderful consultation person with me throughout the entire process that was so helpful, attentive and was really transparent with me on expectations of post-recovery). The clinic was clean, decorated well, they really maximised the space they had. Rating on a scale of 1-5, .if 5 is the best and 1 is the worst, I would give a 5 and recommend them to anyone that wants to do facial constructive surgery. Funny thing, I came in wanting to do dimples but instead ended up doing buccal fat removal surgery after Dr.Tristan advised what would best suit my face and enhance my facial features even more to my desired outcome (I recovered fast and well, can’t wait for the full results but even now I’ve been getting compliments that I’m looking prettier but people just don’t know what I did cause there’s no scarring) so from the great experience I had, I also booked for masseter injections and a rhinoplasty (bridge and tip).

Dr.Tristan Tan is patient & listens to your concerns. He also goes beyond his scope of work & tries to help solve your issues with medication & ingredients which are available over the counter. He has never once tried to push his own range of products to me.

Visited to DV Signature at Taman Connought, the ambience is very cozy and clean. Dr Heng is very professional, she provides many skin care tips to me. I feel very comfortable here as the consultants and therapists are friendly. Lastly, I really like the treatment result (Da Vinci V-Shaped Face and Silky Facial) 😉

I'd rate Da Vinci Clinic (Mid Valley) a full blast 5 start Rating for their outstanding & great team. starting from the amazing support team that you would need to deal with in order for you to slot your appointment (in here I'd like to send a special thanks to Syliva who was 100% responsive 24/7 to any question or feedback from myself) and to the surgeon Dr Tristan Tan and his team. I had a severe gyncomastia condition which require for me to perform Liposuction + Excision + Skin Removal. I have gone to many others clinics and even hospitals and from my personal experience all others clinics are either looking for money (separate all procedures into stages or add unnecessary procedure to you) or you would get the feeling that they are not confident and doesn't know how to deal with your situation. at the Da Vinci Clinic (Mid Valley) and with Dr Tristan Tan it was totally different. you would feel very safe specially when he is explaining to you what should be done and if there any options in front of you. what I have really realized from my walk-in and appointment with other doctors that Dr Tristan Tan was giving me a very clear, most importantly logical & reasonable explanation in the view of all procedure outcomes and expectation. never miss anything. I had many doubts and I was reading a lot before confirming my surgery day and whenever I have any question they welcome me again either to meet Dr Tristan Tan face-to-face or sending a msg to the support team to get an answer for my doubts and fear. many doctors told me that my situation is severe and I had to go for another surgery called Nipple Reconstruction but Dr Tristan Tan while explaining to me showed me that how this is totally unnecessary with a very logical explanation. I have gotten the results that I was usually dreamed about. can't be more grateful to God, Dr Tristan Tan and Syliva though. if you have any gyncomastia issue whatever the severity (I believe it wont be worse than mine) you better go straight to this clinic and consult with Dr Tristan Tan and I guarantee the outstanding and amazing results. Da Vinci Clinic felt like a family for me during the consultation, surgery day and follow-ups. please keep up the good work. stay blessed!
